My Dad took this photo with a Baby Brownie camera he carried with him during World War II. I know he kept writing home and asking for more film and I’m sure he didn’t see that he had caught the explosion of his anti-aircraft gun until the film was developed after the war. My Dad also kept a journal during the war. Both his photos and his journal are highlighted in a book I wrote, which is now an iphone app. Download it, it’s free. And give it five stars, for my Dad.
