Update: This is Rouslan Toumaniantz, the man whose tattooed artistry graces the young face of Kimberley Vlaminck. He says that Kimberley clearly asked for 56 stars on her face and he is agreeing to pay for the removal of half of them. I say, hmm, maybe don’t let this guy touch your face.
